West Arthur Avenue

We are looking for a 3rd roommate for our third bedroom with a private bathroom. We have in unit washer and dryer, central AC, radiated heat, private garage (for an extra fee), and the apartment is semi furnished (pictures are old). The apartment is less than a block away from the Loyola red line stop, Sheridan bus, and a 10 minute walk to the Clark bus. We are also located around the corner from Target, Halal Guys, Potbellys, etc. We do not have a cat or dog and cannot have an animal in our space due to allergies. Room is ready to move in with flexible start date (some time in May or June 1st). Lease requires an $800 security deposit.

We are both young working professionals. I am a professor and Madi works in museums around Chicago. We are looking for someone out of school, very clean and tidy, and is looking to have a good apartment community! Please message me and we can set up time to see if it’s a good fit.
