Shared Household Amenities: Kitchen facilities, including appliances, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. Designated space in refrigerator and pantry for your personal items. Use of the washer and dryer, curbside parking, and high-speed wireless internet (WIFI).

Rent: $750/monthly plus 1/3 cost of utilities (gas and electric), averages about $75. To move in: $1,500 (1st month’s rent and a security deposit of $750).
