I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for a one bedroom apartment in Murfreesboro. The lease is up in February. Dogs and cats are welcome you would have to pay a security deposit on them. Rent is 1330 a month and that includes water and trash disposal. The only two separate bills is wifi and electric. Message me for more information :)

I’m currently living by myself and am looking to move so I need someone to take over the lease. The only problem is there is a wine stain in the bedroom I am currently working on getting out. Other than the the property is in good shape and will be thoroughly cleaned before anyone moves in. Apartment complex is Chelsea place. You are able to look them up and get a feel of the place. I haven’t had time to get pictures yet
