Hey everyone!😎 Looking for a female roomate (30’s - 50’s) to fill a bedroom and private bathroom in a 2br/2ba apartment in Mount Pleasant. Amazing location! Less than a mile from the Ravenel Bridge and only a couple of minutes from I-26 and 526 making it easy access to other places in the Charleston area. It’s less than 10 minutes to downtown, and less than 15 minutes to MUSC. Pool, tennis courts, 24 hour fitness center, walking trail. Available mid-June but willing to be flexible on the move in date. Rent $895/month plus utilities. I have a small yorkie who is trained, very sweet, hypoallergenic, and does not shed. Must love dogs! I do not want any more pets in the apartment. I am generally pretty laid back as long as you clean up after yourself and help keep the apartment in order and clean. I do have a dog so it’s very important that you love animals. I do not party very much. I typically go out to spend time with friends instead of having people over . Once in a Blue Moon I may have one or two people over but that is very rare. I’m a nurse so I work crazy hours and sometimes I work at night so it’s important that I can get some good peaceful rest during the day or night. I would really love to have a roommate that could also become a good friend. :)
