Steph's room

Looking for a roommate for my 2 bed 2 bath apartment in the Wauwatosa area. Private room and bathroom. Previously shared with my sister so it is furnished but you can rent/buy the furniture if you want it or I can get rid of it if you want to furnish the place yourself. Free heated underground parking and utilities come to about 50-60 dollars each.

Currently occupied by one female medical student. I’m pretty laid back about most things as long as there is communication and compromise. Pets are unfortunately not allowed in my apartment building. Neither is smoking.
