Share with a trustworthy, clean, responsible roommate. Works very well for a busy person, college/university student, early professional getting started, foreign exchange person/visitor, etc. Room/apartment fully furnished space/ room, great large window with trees facing, etc. Free fast internet. Access shared kitchen (has everything), small dining, and bathroom. Amazing amenities with this room: included utilities, yes parking space, laundry in building, WIFI, gym in complex, pool/jacuzzi, and Westwood park nearby, UCLA, Santa Monica Blvd, Wilshire Blvd, Buses, soon train station, freeways, etc. Also, there’s an open, fairly quite community study area, living room outside apartment that can be used for study, privacy, etc. (8am- 10pm).
