Nate's room

This rent includes access to the clubhouse with pools and a gym - along with access to a pool table and shuffle board in the game room upstairs. This is a 4 bed, 3 bath home. We are looking to rent out all the rooms in the home. Everyone would have their own room. The Master bedroom and bathroom is downstairs and will be rented out for $900 a month + utilities. The other 3 rooms are upstairs and will share a bathroom and those are $700 each + utilities. Solar panels will be installed soon to help with utility costs. We are in the process of doing some updating the home. We just installed all new flooring and a brand new A/C Unit. We will eventually install new countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, paint the whole house, and update the cabinets. No smoking, no drugs. I am happy to answer any questions.

There is currently one roommate in the house who is very clean and respectful. He works all day and is home at night to sleep.
