About the room
We have 1 available private room with a jack-n-jill style shared bathroom, with private sinks. Driveway available for parking. Resident female will have master bedroom and oversee the home. All shared living spaces should remain clean. Cleaning service included on the first Saturday of each month. Lawn service included. All other bills to be divided amongst tenants. Only pets allowed if confined to dry tanks (reptiles, for example). No cats or dogs. Washer/dryer on premises.
