Bedroom is furnished with queen sized bed/mattress, night stand, chair, desk. It. Unnecessary items can be removed if not needed.

It is about 8 mins walk to the fremont bart station, google map shows little further away but there is short cut route which takes about 8-10 mins. Bus station across the community. 15 mins drive to Tesla. Close to hiking trails, lakes, stores, hospitals.

This home is very clean, safe, peaceful, smoke free , pets free , party free and drama free. When you live here, you live like you own this place, no fear or no restrictions on anything. Just be kind , considerate and respectful.

Rent is $1500 which includes all the utilities ( pge, wifi, water, trash), cleaning and commonly used kitchen supplies, cleaning essentials. Its a month to month with 30 days advanced notice upon moving moving out. Minimum 6 months stay is requirement security Deposit of $1500 required upon moving which can be used as a last month of rent.
