It’s a 2 bath, 2-bed apartment. Great patio, quiet location. It’s close to campus and shopping areas. The apartment is clean and you’d have your own bedroom/bathroom+closet. Storage is a little tight. Small gym, pool, and tennis courts available for use. If you have a pet you will be responsible for a pet deposit and pet rent at this location. Utilities are separate from the rent listed.

I am currently working full-time at a surgical center and am looking for someone to share rent with, help with costs, and split bills. Looking for someone who doesn’t mind a slightly introverted roomie, I am quiet (but have a loud laugh!) and like to play online games. I enjoy working out, swimming, and cooking/baking. I do like hikes and outdoor activities as well.
