Ascot Drive

This apartment is located on Ascot Drive which is within walking distance of Rheem Valley Shopping Center and about 5-10 minute driving distance from Saint Mary’s College of California. There is a bus stop nearby that does take SMC students for free to Saint Mary’s. As far as the living amenities of this apartments goes, there is currently 2 rooms available that have a shared bathroom that has a closet, toilet, sink, and bath/shower. There is a kitchen with all appliances intact. The square footage of this place is pretty roomy, not tight but definitely not large. There is a balcony. Paid laundry units are nearby. Pool is nearby for hot days. The area itself is full of students, family with small children, and longtime locals.

The returning roomie is a 25-year-old cis-woman who is a field biologist. She is nerdy, friendly, organized/clean night owl of an introvert who loves video games and her guinea pigs. She is also a big fan of nature and is basically a walking encyclopedia if you take her anywhere nearby and ask her what plant or animal that is. And I will add that she is an amazing cook who is always down to share her food. We got a good system going on where I make food and then she makes food. Overall I have had nothing but good experiences with her. She is just looking for someone preferably nerdy who is also clean, kind, and down to hold a conversation/have fun.
