Hello! I’m looking for a female roommate who is respectful, responsible, tidy. My preferrence is to live with another working professional. I’ve rented my lovely two-bedroom, one-bath by myself for over two years. I’m looking for a roommate for the next few months who would be open to finding another roommate or be up for resigning the lease alone. I’m moving out of state at the end of January.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 12-unit building that tends to be quiet. The apartment faces West with a great view of the Albany skyline! It’s conveniently located several minutes from the I-90 and 787 ramps.

I keep my home clean and I don’t throw parties. I’m friendly, respectful, responsible, and tidy.
