I am looking for someone to take over my apartment lease from end of June to end of April. The apartment is just under 600 sq ft, with vinyl flooring and granite counter tops. Has large bay windows that overlook downtown Indianapolis. You can see the Salesforce tower out of every window. Lots of natural light, all new appliances.
The only defect is a bleach stain on the carpet, which would come out of my security deposit.
About the roomies
