Furnished room for rent in a 3br 1ba house in Taylor, MI. Near Ecrose rd. and Monroe st. The house is located on a peaceful quiet street. Fast food, restaurants, Kroger, Secretary of State, all sorts of stores up and down the street here within walking distance. On and off street parking. Fenced in backyard. Near the airport and all major highways downriver.

The room will come with a twin bed, a dresser and a Smart TV. Any additional items will be made available upon request. You are welcome to the whole household essentially. Livingroom, kitchen, laundry, backyard, garage everything is available to make your life as easy as possible.

All bills are included.

I am a 41 year old sales professional. I work through the night mostly and am home at day time. I’m also a single father of a 12 year old boy who will be visiting three days a week, or any time his mother’s work schedule changes. We are both very tidy and non messy, quiet individuals. I spend most of my day after work relaxing, reading, browsing the web or working on bikes in the garage, the kid likes to play his games and watch TV, ride bikes etc.

We have no visitors. I have no family close or nearby. No pets.

You will be the only roommate. Here’s my top expectation, responsibility. Please apply only if you are certain that you will take care of the place you’re living in. It may be somebody else’s house but this will be your home as well. Please be kind enough to keep your room square, leave the kitchen and bathroom tidy. Pick up after yourself. I will provide anything that you need to live here comfortably.

Non-Negotiables: Absolutely no visitors will be allowed. We do not trust anybody with what little we have. From past experience, guests simply do not care about other people’s property.

No pets. Unless it’s a small fish tank, most welcome. We’re not 420 friendly. You’re welcome to smoke outside however.

Consider this a place where you will be able to lay your head down, take a shower, relax in peace and comfort. You are welcome to our dinner table, our pantry and the fridge. Eat, drink, chill. I’m usually pretty beat from work and rarely have dinner made unless my son is over.

I’m looking for a responsible individual to share our household with. Working professionals, students, single mothers welcome. We will take good care of you as long as you do the same for us.
