Kyle's room

This is a two story penthouse Condo that is 1,425 sqft! You will get your own full bathroom and room with a great southern facing view! You will also have your own assigned parking so you never have to worry looking for a spot. It has hardwood floors and is not furnished, ready for you to make you own! Utilities included in the price of rent include electricity, gas, water, trash and internet. The downstairs common area has plenty of amenities including a full size kitchen with cooking devices and tableware, a entertainment area, smart home features (including lights, thermostat, tv, music, door lock and ring camera), a laundry room with a washer and dryer and a half bathroom. Outside of the amenities the condo itself offers we also have access to a community pool and gym.

The master bedroom is occupied by myself and my girlfriend. We are very laid back and both in our late 20’s. We are open to anyone from any walk of life and are open to accommodating differing situations. I work from home in my own room and she works a regular full time job. She has two cats that use the litter box on the porch via a cat door to avoid smelling the house up. Looking for laid back individuals who are easy to get along with and clean up after themselves in the common area.
