I will have a room for rent in my small, but cozy ranch house in Buford/Flowery Branch. You would obviously have access to the rest of the house, as well. This includes but not limited to: Laundry. Kitchen. Dining room. Living room (fireplace). Backyard (fenced-in). Located less than 10 minutes from I-985. Great location. This room will include your own private bathroom, and walk-in closet. I have a fenced-in backyard, and a fire-pit area with chairs. An outside patio is also in the backyard. I do have a dog. If you have a well-behaved dog, this place could work for you!

I am an established working professional. I have the typical steady 8-5pm job. I’m fun, but I’m not reckless. This won’t be a party house. I am looking for someone who somewhat mirrors my lifestyle. I go to work M-F, come home, chill, and in bed usually by 10pm during the work week. I am a social, fun person, but I do appreciate down time to recharge. I am a big TV/movie buff. Love watching sports. It would be awesome to find a roommate who also enjoys this! I will respect your space, and hopefully this could turn into a great friendship, as well! It would be great to find someone who would not mind going out for a drink, or grab some food every now and then. Big foodie here! I am laid back, go with the flow type of gal, but I also love stability and routine.
