Jeff's room

One room for rent in a three bedroom, two full bathroom house in Madisonville, near Oakley. Room will be available around December 9th, 2023. The dimensions are 13’0“ x 13’4“. The other two rooms are occupied. Washer and dryer are provided. Common areas are already furnished with couch, TV, table, chairs, etc. There is a greenhouse in the backyard that you would have access to. Located 1 mile from MadTree Brewing and Oakley Square. About a half mile to Element Eatery and Medpace. There is a bus stop right outside the neighborhood. All utilities and internet are included ($127/month value on average).

I’m Jeff and I have 1 cat. I’m currently working in non-profit. I’m a runner and triathlete so I spend a lot of time swimming, cycling, and running. I’m pretty laid back. Just looking for a roommate or two because housing has gotten so expensive!
