Located in a 3BD/1BR chill student apartment in historic Brighton; looking for a college-aged person to take a bedroom for the summer period from late May/June 1 to Aug. 31, 2023.

Apartment is located only a block away from Washington Street station (Green Line B) and a few minutes away from Tappan Street station (Green Line C). Really cool student neighborhood (restaurants and Whole Foods only a walk away), sandwiched between Brookline (Salisbury Road) and Brighton (Aberdeen). Bedroom is awesome, somewhere around 11-by-8 ft, with tall ceilings, two large windows, lovely hardwood floors, and a great closet with built-in shelving. Queen-sized bed can comfortably fit the room. Apartment also boasts a large living room (great for plants), quaint kitchen and bathroom.

Looking for a young person who’s clean, has good vibes, and friendly. Rent is $991.67/month, including heat and water, excluding electric and WiFi costs. Laundry units located in basement. Room will be all moved out by time that you arrive.
