The closet has a small storage set of 4 spacious drawers. Clean. Full use of kitchen and laundry. Non smoking, no drugs, no cannabis. The key entry is a high security lock. You will be expected to return the key or pay $500.00 in cash to replace the locks.

I am a 51 y/o who is more like 40. I work full time. I’m not home most of the time. I have a daughter who goes to her grandma’s when I work. She has her own room. I have three dogs. No more dogs. You may walk them. I will take off $25.00/month if you walk my shepherd at least once/day.
