Looking for someone who can take over my lease. Current lease is thrugh September and you will have the opportunity to re-up if you desire. Apartment is a two bedroom with a shared bathroom, kitchen, and furnished living room. Also has a little patio in the back as well as an in unit washer and dryer. You will have a reserved parking space next to the apartment. Probably looking for another guy but open to any inquiries at this stage. Base rent is $865 a month (plus wifi and electric usually equals about $130 which gets split evenly between both roommates). Have not had a month where I’ve paid more than $940 total so this is objectively one of the most cost effective options in the area. 5 minutes from the center of Old Town. Looking for someone who can move in at the end of a July as I currently have a buddy who is staying there for the next month or so. Proof of income or an up front payment for first month’s rent is required. IMPORTANT (If you are looking for something with more long term certainty feel free to reach out to me and we can discuss you just taking over the apartment for good. The person living in the other bedroom there right now is ready to move out at any time so we can discuss you simply taking over the whole unit if you desire. Roommate already living there is a 23 year old dude, very chill and easy to get along with. He works a lot so you won’t see him that often but he’s clean and respectful and you’ll get along just fine.
