Only 1 room being rented and it is 12x12 with it closet. A SHARED bathroom with another female.The apartment is fully renovated with a washer and dryer in the unit.
This apartment complex is nine minutes drive from George Mason, it is 10 minutes from Fairoaks mall, convenient stores are also within 10 mins. There is a pool, 24 hr gym, movie theater, pool table in the complex.
About the roomies
We are all females!!! And prefer to keep it like that. It available October, we do have a cat, he is super friendly and loveable. You must be an animal lover as he does roam the area. We prefer someone in mid 20s as us. Since you’ll be sharing a bathroom, we need someone who’s responsible, and cleans up after themselves. Two of us work from home and the other is a college student, we are all very relaxed, communicative, and outgoing.
