This beautiful 2-story house is located in a neighborhood with plenty of parks, bike paths, and light rail stations. Scores of walkable shops and restaurants, and only a mile from I-25.
The room is unfurnished with a full closet and two windows, while the rest of the house is fully furnished and stocked with everything you need. And all utilities are included! I live in a guest house in the backyard. So I won’t be in the house, but I’m nearby should anyone ever need anything.
The bathroom is shared with only one other person.
About the roomies
I am looking for a housemate who enjoys a clean and quiet home. The other 3 people in the house (2 men, 1 woman) are all in their 20’s and 30’s and have a variety of hobbies. Each one of them are incredibly respectful of space, noise, and privacy.
