I have a very clean room in a nice quiet environment. The other roommates respect each other. All are professionals in the Tech industry. There is a shared 1.5 bathrooms. Laundry room available. TV in your room. Queen bed with linens. Kitchen with utensils and pots and pans. Fridge space. Pantry space. NO SMOKING inside, patio available. Smoke what you want. #1 Rule - You must be a clean person. If you use the kitchen it must be cleaned right after. Shared bathroom must always be left clean. Laundry room must always be clean. Keep your room how you want. I live on premise so I make sure this rule is followed. No late parties. Everyone works so we respect the noise level. If you have a quest stay over, it is $10.00 per day. No more than 4 days at a time. We have never had a problem. Safe quiet neighborhood.

2 males 1 female. All professionals. Very quiet. They respect each other. No parties. Not much drinking. Seldom any quest. One male 27 works alot. Seldom home. Very nice guy from Mass. The girl is 36 years old (don’t tell her I told you) she is in sales and works mornings at 8 gets home about 6. Very quiet and keeps to herself. On her days off she cleans and runs errands. works weekends. The other guy is my son. he is 31 and works early 6 days a week. very quiet and minds his own business. Sometimes he works from home. I also live here. I work 6am til about 5. 6 days a week. I hang out downstairs and keep the house clean. I am always here to answer your questions. I might have a glass of wine or beer and then go to bed by 10. I get up at 5 am. Church on Sundays and Wednesdays.
