Sherry's room

Furnished room with large flat screen and cable tv for rent in nice home located in a quiet, suburban neighborhood about 30 minutes north of Tampa. Also included are internet, water, and electric. Home has beautiful, relaxing back yard with large patio. Renter will have full access to home minus master suite and office. Room can be rented furnished or unfurnished. Smoking, including cannabis, is acceptable only in garage and outdoor spaces, which have comfortable smoking areas provided.

While a married couple, both cigarette smokers, lives in the home, the husband works on the road. The wife is a homebody. We have an American Bulldog and a Sulcutta Tortoise. We prefer to keep things neat and tidy, but even more importantly, value respectful behaviors and interactions, as well as effective communication skills. We do NOT do drama. We love animals and nature, and coffee!
