Kristjann's room

Room is decent sized in a two bedroom two bathroom house. Includes your own private bathroom on the second floor by the kitchen and common area. There is a small backyard/patio area and fully fenced. Parking is not an issue as I have my own driveway and garage.

My room is located on the third floor while yours is on the second which is nice for people who want privacy and keep to themselves. The neighborhood is a quiet peaceful area and close to shopping centers (Costco, Safeway, etc) close to the highway for those who commute north for work.

Rent includes Wi-Fi /washer and dryer.

I’m currently in the military and deployed right now. Looking to rent out my room and my family will be managing everything while I’m gone I currently have a couple who are renting the downstairs room and are really awesome people. Looking for someone responsible and well mannered to rent out the master bedroom while I’m gone.
