I have a 2 bedroom townhome in Clarkston which is just outside of I-285 on I-78 between Decatur and Stone Mountain on the east side of Atlanta. I’m open to a roommate renting a room. You will have your own private bathroom.

The townhome is very unique and is an L-shape. It’s in a gated community with an outside private patio/courtyard and fireplace. There is a washer/dryer you can use, kitchen/dishwasher, living room, art room. The complex also offers 2 pools, a fitness room, playground, and business center.

The lease will be for 9 months as of September. Moving in earlier/later is fine. Living here longer than 9 months is possible as well. For move-in, you will need to be approved through the townhome complex, be on the lease, and pay a $65 application fee directly to them. Rent will be $1000 with utilities included.

Me, I’m 45, divorced, an artist, and a dream chaser. My passions include personal development, art, animation, and bettering the world. I work from home as a motion graphics artist/animator, I have a non-profit, and I often contract for other types of work. I mostly keep to myself, and I am friendly/respectful. I’ve lived here for 2 years.

If you are artsy, I welcome creating art together such as painting, sculpture/mask-making, or jewelry-making. I also like working on dreams, thought-provoking conversations, and I am usually on the computer creating something.

I am respectful/clean/friendly/quiet. I have 2 (mature, well-behaved) cats, so unfortunately no pets can be added as 2 are the maximum.

I’m looking for someone who is respectful, safe, trustworthy, reliable, and relatively clean. I prefer someone over the age of 30, but I’m open to all who are responsible. I don’t smoke or do drugs, but I don’t care if you smoke cigarettes outside or vape whatever anywhere. I’m LGBT+ friendly.
