Saydee's room

I live in a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom duplex. It has a decent yard in the back. Brand new build, I am the first to live in it so everything is very nice! There is a garage, although it’s small and if you need storage it would be better used for that. The room can also come unfurnished as well.

My daughter, and I have lived here for about 6 months now and we love it! We have a dog and he is super sweet. Sadly the pet limit is only 1. I am a 22 year old female and will start college this fall. I work from about 10 am to 5 pm and after that me and my daughter like to play together, relax, and make dinner. I like to keep my house very clean, so if you are not like that please do not reach out to me! It is a month to month lease, with that being said the owner knows I am looking for a roommate and is totally on board with it and would just want your contact info! I don’t plan on moving anytime soon either!
