Terra Bella

Hello! I’m the sole owner/tenant of a townhome in the lovely Terra Bella community in Irvine. The neighborhood is beautiful with lots of trees, parks, and amenities as well as numerous nearby attractions like the Tustin Marketplace. The condo is in excellent condition and I plan on funding some additional upgrades and refurbishments in the near future. I’ve converted most of the home into a smart home with voice controlled lights, speakers, doors, thermostat, and more.

THE PROPERTY: The condo is a 2 bed, 2.5 bath property. Both rooms are upstairs, and you’ll have your own private detached bathroom. Your room is unfurnished but does have a nearly new nightstand if you want it. The rent covers residency plus utilities and internet, within reason (e. g. if you’re racking up an enormous energy bill with Bitcoin mining, you’d be responsible). Rent, security deposit, and furnishings are negotiable. The property has a two car garage with a lot of storage space. You’re welcome to share the storage space but the garage will be occupied. Open to negotiation on 1 garage space if you feel it’s necessary, but otherwise it will be secure street parking (there’s always parking spaces available). The community is gated, with 24 hour guards at the gate and security cameras.

Me: I’m a 29 year old straight male professional with a stable job and income throughout quarantine. I don’t drink alcohol or party, and I consider myself to be a quiet individual. LGBT, SW, and 420 friendly. I have a 7 month old Pomsky pup named Odin who you can see in some of the photos. He’s an extremely friendly goofball who is good with all people, dogs, and cats. He’s quiet and housetrained.
