Room for rent in gorgeous, sun-filled Victorian flat in the historic downtown neighborhood of Easthampton.

LOCATION: Near Williston. Walk to everything Easthampton!

YOUR ROOM: Your room is the primary bedroom, unfurnished, with hardwood floors, lots of light, and large walk-in closet. The rest of the home is fully furnished.

THE PLACE: Second floor, lovely sun porch, spacious kitchen with new gas stove, dishwasher, living room, washer and dryer, shared bath, backyard, and off-street parking for your car.

AVAILABLE: Flexible. Temporary sublet between 3-6 months is possible. Long-term also possible.

TERMS: Month-to-month. $750/m plus 50% utility bills (lower in summer, higher in winter)

ABOUT YOU: You are employed full-time outside of the home, and paying bills is never an issue. You’re COVID conscious, mature, and experienced sharing home space with others. Guests are limited to once per week maximum. Ideally, you are a female-identified individual interested in sharing a safe, quiet, and peaceful home.

PROHIBITED: Pets, couples, weed or heavy alcohol use inside the home

I may be traveling for part of the winter, so you may have the whole place to yourself for a good deal of time.
