It has a big window allowing natural light into the space, a large closet, and a private bathroom for $1,900 a month. I’m looking for something who can sign a lease ASAP. Utilities and wifi are split between 3 housemates. I’m looking for people who can commit to a year-long lease. Open to having women, men, or a couple. The backyard is a great space for relaxing, gardening, and gathering. This house is blocks from BART, popular shops, and dining spots in Temescal and Piedmont Ave.
