Rooms for rent available within a beautiful well maintained ranch house. Laundry on site. Living room, Big kitchen with all amenities and big backyard for fresh air and entertainment. No pets, no smoking. Close to downtown. First month payment and deposit required to rent. All amenities included: gas, electricity, water and internet.

Each tenant has their own private room. Two bathrooms available on property. Everyone is responsible for sharing the bathrooms and kitchen and cleaning after each use. Backyard also is a shared space and must be respectful of neighbors.
