I am looking for a roommate to share my 2 bed 2 bath apartment on the Southeast side of Rapid City! There is a ton of storage in the kitchen and pantry area along with storage off the balcony. For amenities, there is an outdoor pool, indoor hot tub, fitness room, half court basketball, dog park, etc. The apartment features a dishwasher, in unit washer and dryer, ceiling fan in the living room, garbage disposal, large dining area, hard floor throughout, carpet in the bedrooms, and high ceilings. Security deposit is already taken care of and is available for move in anytime!

Rent would be $785 a month plus electric and gas. 🐶 rent is an additional $50 a month.

I am 24 years old. 😊 I work full time days Monday-Friday. I do have a golden retriever. I am open to another dog coming into the home. There are no breed or weight restrictions but has to get along with my dog 😊
