Fabion Street

I’m looking for 1-2 roommates to fill 1-2 11x12 unfurnished rooms in a 1600 sq ft 3/2 furnished house. The home is located in the newly developed Casetta Ranch.

The neighborhood comes with great amenities like a pool within walking distance from home but far enough not to cause noise. The rooms are currently available and will be on the opposite end of the house from my room with a bathroom in between.

30 minutes to downtown Austin, 20 minutes to San Marcos, and 15 minutes to downtown Buda.

Rent is $800 without utilities. Utilities are estimated to be $75. Deposit is $800. The home will include necessities such as hand/dish soap, paper towels, and basic spices are provided. 

We won’t have cable, only streaming services but I have most of them.

I generally try to keep the house clean, especially keeping clutter out of the shared spaces such as the kitchen and living room. 

I’m an operations lead at Tesla and enjoy travel, dancing, plants, cute stuff, reading and pottery. I’m super laid back overall, and love meeting new people!

I work a lot, and will typically pull 12 hour work days 4 months out of the year.

Who could be a good fit My ideal roommate would be self-motivated, laid back, financially stable.

Guests and overnight guests are totally cool, just be aware of anything that would impact community spaces or super late weekday nights. If you have a partner, they’re welcome to stay the night of course, but they can’t move in.
