This property is located right off University Avenue in a gated apartment complex. It is an upstairs apartment. The apartment is one bed room, one bath, and includes a kitchen. The room has two closets and two beds. This would be a shared room with the other roommate. There is a Cafe next door and a supermarket across the street. The apartment is completely refurbished with new floors, countertops, and an updated restroom. It is also located within a 10 mile radius of 3 different colleges. The water and sewage is included in the rent, only bill out of pocket is the electricity which averages out to about $40-$50 a month.

I share this apartment with my roommate Sonia, unfortunately, I will need to be relocating to another state due to a new job opportunity. We had signed a one year lease, so the remaining time will be a six month contract. Sonia is a female, 20 years old, she is originally from the Bay Area and moved out here to look for new opportunities. She is very welcoming and considerate, all bills are split equally.
