Grant Avenue

Hi! We are looking for a third roommate in our 3 bed, 2 bath apartment in North Redondo. It is a 4 unit building, but our individual unit is very spacious at 1,300 square feet. You would have your own individual room, and share a large full bathroom. We have a small garage that we currently use as storage and a makeshift home gym. Looking for someone around the same age, that have similar lifestyles as us :)

We are both nurses in our mid twenties. We are both very clean, laid back, and love to have a good time wether that be going out to get a drink or staying in and hanging out. We are both pretty active. Our neighbors are great, very quiet and respectful.
