House rules exercised by the land lord:

1. No Couples(space available for one more person only)
2. No pets(cats exception)
3. No smoking inside the house.

House rules to make sure everyone is comfortable: 4. No Drama 5. No mess in public areas

Your space upstairs: A private room w/ a balcony and office/living area in a 2 bedroom Victorian style house very close to campus and BART. The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 living areas, 2 nooks, a kitchen and a restroom. The kitchen and restroom are shared and the only expectation is that the common areas, kitchen and restroom be kept impeccably clean at all times. It should be left cleaner than we find it.

Utilities –> Pg&E- gas & electric included in your rent. Water and garbage - included. Internet: included Things we do NOT have:

1. A.C. 2. Laundry on site
2. Dishwasher 4. Private restroom 🛀

Guests are welcome as long as they adhere to above rules. Some notice would be nice but not needed for over night guests as long as it’s for 2 or 3 days. Please try to inform/share details in case you have guests staying for more than a week. Visiting / temporary pets are welcome :) Attaching an album with all the photos of the house except my room.

Chris- moving out this May. If you want a furnished place just for 2 months please contact. Ideally someone planning to stay longterm like 1 to 2 years would be great. Esthea: Previously worked as a teacher. Switched to programming and taking classes at CSUEB(masters) this year. Also, I travel a bit so you would be having the house to yourself for multiple weeks.
