Are you ready to ditch the concrete jungle of NYC & move to the suburbs? Want a homey environment, friendly neighbors and a warm community? I am a shomer kashrut, shomer shabbat, laid back female professional seeking same to share my lovely house. There are two rooms available, for a total of 3 women sharing (owner and 2 housemates). Each beautiful, sunlit room is available for female in 2-story colonial house in Passaic either furnished or unfurnished. Conveniently located near bus or train to mid-town Manhattan. Located on Brook Ave in the heart of Passaic, within close walking distance to a number of shuls, kosher pizza shop, supermarket, and dry cleaners. We share use of 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining area, as well as porch, and backyard. There is a washer/dryer in the basement (no quarters or card required!). Bedroom is large enough to fit a queen size bed, desk and couch, etc. Rent is:

• $300 per week for stays under 1 month
• $1,000 per month for stays under 3 months
• $850 per month for stays of 3 months or more ($50 extra for driveway use) All utilities and high speed Internet included. We are open to any observance level as long as you keep the kitchen kosher and are respectful of Shabbat in public areas.
