Hi! I’m looking to rent out the Master Bedroom in my house. The room is pretty large and has its own private bathroom and walk-in closet. Black-out curtains for the z’s! All bills are included in the price, that includes internet, electricity, water/trash. Parking spot on the driveway. Full access to kitchen and shared spaces with your own pantry and fridge space. The house has a pool in the back; bbq and smoker on the patio. Landscaping is under renovation currently when I get time to work on it. Bonus if you enjoy yard work! :)
The location is really great in Gilbert. Access to the 60 and 202 is excellent. Downtown Gilbert is a mile away. San Tan Marketplace has everything you need and is 5 minutes away.
