The room is on the second floor of a house. On that floor there are two rooms that share one bathroom. On the main floor are the shared spaces like the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The house is within a community that has a pool and tennis courts and is a 20-minute walk from a park.
It is about 5 minutes from the Marietta square and about 15 minutes from Kennesaw State.
Rent includes everything. Must make 2.5 times the rent and provide proof of income. Please be prepared to provide a background check, credit score, and references.
In the house, there are already 3 women. I am 30 and the other girls are 23 and 26. Two of us work from home and one of us has a flexible schedule, so sometimes she is home too. We each have a dog and make sure we clean up after them. We have a standard poodle, a malshi, and a mini poodle mix in the house, but for the most part, we each keep them in our rooms. I live stream so most of the time there is music playing. One of the other girls likes to cook so after work she plays music and cooks and sometimes we all hang out in the kitchen/dining room area.
