About the room
The room is on the second floor of a house. On that floor there are two rooms that share one bathroom. On the main floor are the shared spaces like the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The house is within a community that has a pool and tennis courts and is a 20-minute walk from a park.
It is about 5 minutes from the Marietta square and about 15 minutes from Kennesaw State.
Rent includes everything. Must make 2.5 times the rent and provide proof of income. Please be prepared to provide a background check, credit score, and references.
About the roomies
I am 32 and work from home. I do have a small dog and make sure I clean up after him. I live-stream so most of the time there is music playing.
