I am looking for a roommate (male) to live with me at my apartment in The Marke Apartment Community, at 100 East Macarthur Boulevard. The apartment has two separate sides with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a fully furnished living room in between. The bedroom has a walk-in closet and looks out over the balcony. The apartment community also provides many amenities such as a gym, pool, and clubhouse. The area is very optimal, having great access to major freeways and being close to John Wayne airport.

My name is Nico, I currently attend Orange Coast College as a student and I work part-time. I spend my time in class, doing schoolwork, going out with my girlfriend, and working. I’m laid-back and keep to myself. I keep the place clean and organized and expect the same from a roommate. I also stay up late so I don’t mind any noise at night.
