Small bedroom (but obviously big enough for a queen bed and dresser in apartment off Plain St in Marshfield. Shared bathroom- small but cozy. Myself, my fiancé, and my 6 month old puppy are in the other room so must be pet friendly. You can have a pet- cat or small dog (only because of the size of apartment). There is a dresser in there and a queen mattress which you can use or I can empty it and you can bring your own. Parking in a lot allowed and I take care of the electric, internet, and cable (if you want a box for your room you have to pay the $10 extra that xfinity charges me). Please no drugs and if you drink I’d really prefer if you kept it in a mini-fridge in your room- which I can provide if needed). All welcomed to apply (no preference given) but I prefer someone that doesn’t party a lot and must have job or other verifiable income. No lease but looking for someone that will stay for the foreseeable future.. Normal rules- 30 days notice, no drugs, smoking I’d prefer you go outside but I’m not crazy about you occasionally smoking inside. If the weather is yucky then Ill understand you sometimes smoking inside as long as it’s not constant and u don’t burn anything, laundry facilities in the space next to the apartment, basement level of the building. If you prefer to pay weekly it’s $150 week regardless of how many weeks are in the month and payment is due on Fridays but if paying monthly $600 per calendar month due by the 1st of every month. Must stick to option picked. Basic written agreement will be signed by both parties.

Myself 40yo (female), my fiancé 44yo (male), and my 6 month old American Bully puppy. She is about 50in right now but estimate about 70lbs full grown. My sons 6 year old pug mix is a frequent visitor.
