Hi Everyone! I’m looking for a roommate to move into Sola at Pacific Highlands Ranch in Carmel Valley. Available for move in July 1st (move in date is flexible). I’ve included photos of my unit. Everything pictured has been removed and replaced with my items (last 3 photos).

I have the B3 floor plan with the lighter colored finishings. Your room and bathroom will be to the left when you walk through the front door.

About the unit: 2 bedroom, 2 bath on the 3rd floor facing the pool, a little over one thousand square feet, 2 covered parking spots in a gated garage, in unit washer & dryer, patio, large walk in closet + an additional closet in your bedroom. You’ll have your own bathroom with a bathtub, dual sinks, and plenty of storage. Soft closing cabinets, wood style plank flooring throughout, carpet in the bedrooms. Nest thermostat – you can download the app & control it from your phone. Common areas will be furnished (A few additional items will be purchased after you move in that I will purchase such as a rug and patio furniture). DISCLOSURE: There is a camera facing the front door for our security (and so I can keep an eye on my cat) so must be comfortable with cameras being up.

About the complex: Mail room with parcel locker system, gym, pool & hot tub, cabanas, club room, business center, grills, guest parking, walking distance to hiking and biking trails, restaurants, Starbucks, Trader Joe’s, Crunch fitness, and more! Only a 15 minute drive to the beach and close to the 56 freeway.

Deposit is $250.00. Rent is $1500.00 per month. This includes the common areas being furnished, weekly cleaning done by me in the common areas, and all cleaning supplies will be provided by me to do so. You will be responsible for cleaning your own space and to pick up after yourself throughout the week. You’re welcome to use my cleaning supplies to do so. I have everything you will need in the living room, kitchen, and laundry. This unit is ideal for someone who doesn’t have a lot of stuff and is only bringing items for the bedroom and bathroom. The lease ends in October but you will have the option to renew with me. There will be a rent increase at that time.

About me: I’m 28. I work from home full time and waitress part time, 2-3 days a week. I like to go out on the weekends whether it’s hiking, trying new restaurants, or finding new activities to do. I don’t party, I drink on occasion, and I don’t smoke so I’m looking for someone who is similar. I’m very clean, neat, and organized. I also have a cat so unfortunately, no additional pets. She’s an older cat so she’s very calm and sleeps most of the day.
