Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to join me at a 2Bed/2Bath spacious apartment facing the South West with lots of light on the 2nd floor. You’ll be occupying the master bedroom with a huge walk-in closet and private bathroom. The kitchen is renovated with latest stainless steel appliances and Washer/Dryer is in-unit.

It’ll be a new renovated apartment when we move in mid-July and there’s enough parking around the complex. For more info feel free to look up Avalon Oaks, Wilmington and look for the 1174 sqft floor plan. I can provide a video/pictures of the place when requested.

Rent is $1522.5 + amenities.
