I have a spare PRIVATE empty bedroom in basement (no closet/no furniture) to rent including mini fridge, dryer/washer (next room in basement), Wifi, heat/electric. Bathroom is on 1st floor. No kitchen allowed. I’m looking for ONE female who quite, clean, neat, no smoker, no drinker, no socialize, no sleepover, no cooking and has the regular work hours (outside of the house). This is at least 6/12 months lease agreement and you MUST prove the background check and proof of employment.

I’m female 35 years old live by myself with my big behaved dog. I work 8-5 Monday to Friday and mostly hang out in my room 2nd floor when I don’t have some errand to run.
