Most are working professionals looking to save money on the largest expense we as Americans face, RENT! The tenants choose to instead rent a room and share a community space and Kitchen. And then just pay for a private room.
This not only saves them hundreds of dollars compared to the traditional apartment but, it gives the guest a sense of community while saving money. The property is located on the NE side, totals 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms & a large backyard, There is only ONE vacant room available (as shown in photos) these go quick if You would like more information Please message.
