Zack's room

Hello!

I have an 12’ x 11’ room available in my a 3 BR, 1 BA house. There will be plenty of space as this is a 1339 sq ft home plus an 800 sq ft basement and a huge covered deck. Although there is no garage, there’s a super long driveway for off-street parking.

Please keep in mind the wallpaper is from the previous owner. I intend to update the room with modern decor unless you have an affinity the the current styling.

I will be your only roommate, so the house should be pretty quiet for the most part. I enjoy homebrewing, most ball sports, and look to improve my fly fishing and kiteboarding aptitude this summer.

I also have a cat named Neil. He gets along with other cats, so feel free to bring along your feline friend.
