I will be moving into a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom fully-furnished condo close to DC in Kingstowne, Alexandria VA next week and I’m looking for a compatible roommate through August/September. There’s a queen bed and wall-mounted 4K smart TV in the spare room, a 55“ 4K TV in living room, in-unit washer + dryer, private patio with seating, fully-equipped kitchen and one reserved parking space directly in front (I’ll take the available street/guest parking for your convenience). The residential community services a clubhouse with fitness center and 3 swimming pools. 20-min drive to DCA and a 6-min drive to the Franconia-Springfield Metro.
