Available April 1st Thanks for viewing! We are currently renting out a room on the second floor of our 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house. The room is approximately 116.4 square feet and offers a fantastic view of the SFO airport and the city below!

Tenants will have access to the common bathroom and living room, which is perfect for relaxing or socializing with your fellow housemates, playing games and stuff! (we also have superfast gigabit wifi) You’ll also have access to a shared washing machine and dryer near the kitchen area, which means you won’t have to worry about hauling your laundry to a laundromat.

At the moment, there are two tenants and a live-in landlord on the property. This ensures that you’ll have someone to talk to and ask for help if needed. However, you can also choose to keep to yourself and enjoy your own privacy.

Please note that due to the small driveway, there is currently no driveway parking available. However, there is street parking available nearby.

The rent for the room is $1,500 per month, which includes all utilities such as electricity, water, gas, and even gigabit internet. This means you can focus on settling in and enjoying your new home without worrying about additional expenses!
