I am looking for a tenant who is clean, quiet, respectful, easy to live with, and able to pay rent on time. A long-term stay is preferred. The house is clean, peaceful, and drama-free.
Regarding the layout, you will be sharing the full bathroom with a gentleman who is only home three days a week. There is also a half-bathroom downstairs available for use.
