Northeast Howard Street

I am currently looking for someone to takeover my lease for this school year! It is a great house with a great location; it is a four bedroom / two bath house on greek row, and is about a 15 minute walk / 5 min drive to campus. It is partially furnished, with most of the dining room and living room already set so you mostly will only have to furnish your room. It is a 12 month lease starting in June, and it is $700 a month plus utilities (utilities will be range from $30 - $50 depending on usage). There is a kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, etc., and in-unit laundry in the basement. There are also set parking spots for the house. If this sounds of interest to you please contact me! There are already three great soon-to-be senior girls at WSU living there, so I am looking for one person to take over my lease! They are all very clean and are wonderful people to live with.
